Our program builds on the growth and development in each meeting so you and your team are continuously referring back to what you've learned. You provide a facilitator from your team and make time for a 60-minute MIBE meeting each month, and we provide the agenda, content, videos, exercises, and training for that facilitator.

THE HOW
We want to work with companies who are SERIOUS about improving their culture and growing their leaders. If you're ready to commit to that, keep reading!
STEP 1: Your company will need to commit to having a 60-90 minute monthly MIBE meeting
STEP 2: Choose a senior leader on your team to facilitate your monthly MIBE meetings
STEP 3: Schedule your MIBE meetings at a consistent time each month (ie. the third Monday of the month)
STEP 4: Receive your MIBE monthly box at your doorstep with the agenda and content for the meeting
STEP 5: Your facilitator does a one-hour virtual training with the MIBE team to prepare for the meeting
STEP 6: Your chosen facilitator hosts your MIBE meeting with the leaders of your company each month
STEP 7: See your team culture improve by implementing what you've worked on in your monthly MIBE meetings!
STEP 8: Rinse and repeat for twelve months until you graduate and join our MIBE Masters program!
